Join our dynamic team at Dennett Rehab Center, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in Oakland, Maryland. We offer a competitive salary of $18.5 - $21 hourly and a wonderful work environment.

As a CNA1 and Central Supply team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and a wonderful stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately stocking inventory and filling exchange, par, and linen carts to provide supplies to the end user
• Performing data entry in supply management systems to track, charge, and credit department and patient supplies/equipment
• Receiving and stocking Sterile Processing Department inventory/equipment to ensure a ready supply for department use
• Providing quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff
• Supporting residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Supporting the facility's philosophy of care and striving to achieve its goals and objectives
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified CNA1 in Maryland (previously titled GNA)
• One year of prior experience
• Professional enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated
