Role Description This remote Commission Sales Associate role is a contract position focused on driving new business for DENmaar’s mHealth revenue cycle management, billing, and credentialing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations via phone or video, and clearly explaining the benefits of the automated RCM platform and integrated telehealth tools to potential clients. The associate will manage a sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, negotiate commission-based sales agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers. This role requires consistent outreach, professional communication, and accurate tracking of sales activities and results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, or medical billing services.
- Strong skills in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and building long-term client relationships in a remote environment.
- Ability to clearly present and explain software platforms, including features related to patient billing, telehealth, treatment planning, and e-prescribing.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, video conferencing platforms, and other digital sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to healthcare providers and administrative staff.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understanding of insurance billing, credentialing processes, or healthcare operations is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
