On-Site role
Job Description:
- Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 8 hours | Days | 0800-16:30 | Monday- Friday
- Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per month.
- Holiday Requirement: Required as needed in schedule rotation.
- Floating Requirement: none
- On Call Requirement: none
Experience Preferred:
- Previous Desktop experience.
- Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and upgrading computer equipment.
- Experience documenting service tickets and working within established SLAs.
- Experience providing basic technical training to end users.
- 1-3 years' experience.
New graduates accepted:
- Yes-if a candidate has an associate degree in computer systems or related field.
- One years relevant experience if a degree is not acquired.
License and Certification Requirement:
- Highschool Diploma, Microsoft Windows Cert or willingness to obtain within first 6 months.
