What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery Assistant Full-Time position at Denim Coffee Company?
Looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our baking team on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 10am-5pm. NOTE: This is a year round position and you must be available for those days/shifts year round, if you leave the area for school or long trips we cannot consider you for this position.
Job duties include:
- Preparing baked goods
- Cleaning dishes
- Assisting the head baker with various bakery tasks
Applicant traits:
- Enjoys baking enthusiastically
- Able to occasionally lift items up to 50lbs
- Able to work on your feet for long periods
Position is hourly, averaging 30 hours per week, and pay starts at $15/hour with 6 month, 1yr and 2yr performance reviews and .50cent and $1 raises if performance meets review criteria. The ceiling pay for this position is $17/hr.
