Case Management & Administrative Support
Location: Waunakee, WI
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to support daily operations and help deliver exceptional service to our partner dental offices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping processes organized and efficient.
Case Management & Administrative Support
- Process dental cases from receipt through completion, including unboxing, disinfecting, pan-up, scheduling, tracking, shipping, receiving, and billing.
- Maintain accurate case records and updates within our laboratory management software.
- Monitor case status and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes professionally and promptly.
- Assist dentists and their office teams with questions, case updates, and service requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer support.
- Communicate effectively with team members across multiple D&S locations.
- Support various departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
- Administrative, customer service, or office support experience
- Dental, healthcare, or laboratory experience
- Experience working with scheduling or case management software
