We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the Founder’s true right hand. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, structure, and follow-through, and who has direct experience supporting senior executives.
This is not an office manager role. It is not a “bit of everything” position.
This role exists to create leverage for the Founder and help the business run at a higher level.
What This Role Is
You will work directly with the Founder to:
- Keep priorities, meetings, and commitments organized and moving
- Ensure follow-ups happen and nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare for meetings and help translate conversations into action
- Manage calendar, email flow, and day-to-day execution across many workstreams
- Handle a wide range of tasks with sound judgment and discretion
You’ll be deeply embedded across all aspects of the business and acting as a central point of coordination and accountability.

Compensation: Based on experience, starting at $70,000 per year
Position type: Full Time
Location: This is a remote position, however candidates must reside within the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area to support occasional in-person meetings and business needs.
