Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loan Officer located in Southfield, MI. The Loan Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, from loan origination to closing. Daily tasks include evaluating loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service. The Loan Officer will work closely with clients to ensure they receive personalized mortgage solutions that fit their financial goals and needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with Loan Origination and the duties of Loan Officers
- Knowledge of Finance and Underwriting principles
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
