- Answer phone calls promptly, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred, especially within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
