What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at demoellucian-2?
Working under the direction of the Director of Payroll, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a liaison between departments for ensuring that business and payroll transactions adhere to university policy. HR Business Partners will also serve as leaders for collecting feedback from departments, employees and administrators to evaluate business process changes in the future.
HR Business Partners will also participate in employee engagement, recognition and development activities that may require work outside the standard 40 hour work week.
Individuals in this role, will be responsible for helping to support employee developments and engagement as well as strategic business processes for the university.
