Regular, F/T position.
Minimally requires a high school diploma, although some college is preferred.
This position requires a minimum of three to four years of experience working as an assistant to a department head or an administrator in higher education.
The individual must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
In addition, the individual must be able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- File documents in a timely manner
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures
