1st Shift | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Our Value Center in DeForest is hiring a Shipping Associate to join our Distribution team. If you’re dependable, efficient, open to learning new things, and take pride in doing a job well, we’d love to talk to you.
What You'll Do:
- Construct cartons and prepare batch carts for order fulfillment
- Accurately pick customer orders using wearable and pick-to-voice technology
- Ensure the correct products and quantities are shipped
- Prepare cartons for shipment to prevent transit damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist in other areas of the Value Center and manufacturing as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Commitment to safety and following directions
- Accuracy in counting and basic math skills
- Ability to read and write in English
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Dependability and consistent attendance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- This position uses voice-to-pick technology, which requires both clear speaking (English) and consistent use of hearing
