Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and document discrepancies.
• Unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified); stage materials for put away.
• Put away inventory to assigned locations and maintain accurate location records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to order specifications and packing standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform daily equipment checks.
• Cycle count and participate in regular inventory audits; report variances and assist with reconciliations.
• Label, tag, and prepare products for storage or shipping; maintain clean, organized staging and storage areas.
• Complete shipping documentation and use warehouse management system (WMS) to update transactions.
• Load outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers for pickups.
• Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and participate in safety trainings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions; basic math skills.
• Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and WMS or inventory software.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift schedule.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders or steps.
• Work performed in indoor warehouse environment; exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection required.

Hours, Compensation, and Benefits

• Status: Non‑exempt, hourly.
• Typical schedule: 10-30 hours/week; may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak periods.
• Pay: Competitive hourly range based on experience (~$12 to $14/hour).

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
