Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Recommend and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs
- Translate business requirements into data queries and analysis plans
- Perform statistical analysis to support business initiatives
- Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements
- Automate recurring data processes and reporting workflows
- Present findings and recommendations to the business
- Support data governance and ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 3 years proven expertise in data analysis or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Expert level Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in professional communication and presentation skills
- Foundational understanding of finance concepts (cost structures, forecasting, reporting) and direct exposure to SAP and Salesforce data structures.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes
- Understanding of business intelligence frameworks
- Experience working with large, sophisticated datasets
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics
- SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
- Intuition for business and stakeholder engagement
