What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at DeMarco Management Corporation?
Currently seeking a Property Manager to manage 3 properties within our portfolio. This position is based out of Madison, CT with the need to travel to Old Saybrook once per week. This is a full time position, 40hours/week. The candidate must have experience as a Property Manger. The Candidate must have experience in management of apartment communities including management of all operational aspects, management of client expectations, management of complex issues, such as fiduciary, physical facility maintenance coordination and HUD/CHFA requirements. The candidate must have experience supervising staff and outstanding customer service skills. COS and LIHTC certification preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include:
-Re-certifications
-Move in/out procedures and paperwork
-Lease audits
-Supervise maintenance technician.
-Adhere to timely completion of required monthly reporting.
-Coordination of REAC, MOR and other agency inspections/audit preparations.
-Market and rent apartments by taking all steps to achieve full occupancy.
-Adhere to all agency waiting list, marketing, affirmative marketing and application processing, procedures and policies.
-Effectively manage employees, contractors and vendors
