Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant located in Kissimmee, or Orlando FL. Responsibilities include assisting with daily clinic operations, managing appointment scheduling and receptionist duties, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and delivering excellent customer service. The Chiropractic Assistant will support the chiropractor and clinic team to ensure a smooth and efficient care process for patients.
Qualifications
- bilingual : English and Spanish is a must
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a patient-friendly
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling incoming/outgoing calls effectively
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and time management
- Knowledge of Receptionist Duties and front-desk operations
- Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in healthcare administration or assistance are a plus
