- Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field
Certifications (Required/Preferred):
- GIAC GCIH (required or strongly preferred)
- GIAC GCFA (preferred)
- CompTIA CySA (acceptable baseline alternative)
Tools & Technical Experience:
- 6 10 years of incident response or SOC operations experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- CrowdStrike Falcon (endpoint containment and forensics)
- ServiceNow (incident lifecycle management)
- SIEM platforms and alert investigation tools
- Strong experience in:
- Incident containment and eradication
- Post-incident reporting (PIRs)
- Cross-functional coordination (SOC/NOC/IT Ops/ROC)
- Experience in FedRAMP or DoD environments preferred
