What You’ll Do- Communicate daily with customers and sales reps regarding orders and technical questions
- Manage inbound inquiries and perform outbound prospecting (including occasional cold calls)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new product opportunities
- Prepare quotes, sales materials, and customer communications
- Coordinate shipping logistics (track shipments, provide ETAs, secure freight quotes)
- Research customer needs, market trends, and industry activity
- Assist with occasional on-site customer visits and basic equipment setup
- Perform general administrative support as needed
- 1 year of sales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (graphics software a plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
