What You’ll Do
You’ll be the driving force behind our clinical reimbursement accuracy and assessment integrity, including:
- Completing MDS assessments with precision and timeliness
- Supporting care planning with strong clinical judgment
- Working closely with DON, therapy, and IDT for clean workflow
- Ensuring optimal reimbursement through accurate coding
- Contributing to outcomes, QMs, and survey readiness
- Being the “go-to” brain for all things MDS/RUG/PDPM
Who We’re Looking For
An MDS pro who:
- Is an RN or LVN with MDS/PDPM experience
- Loves clean processes, accuracy, and strong communication
- Understands the financial clinical impact of their work
- Can work independently but collaborates beautifully
- Is dependable, professional, and genuinely cares about quality
