Deluxe Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and motivated Traveling Regional Business Office Manager to support our growing network of skilled nursing facilities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems across different locations, and can jump in wherever needed to strengthen business office operations.

What You’ll Do

As our Traveling Regional BOM, you will:

• Support multiple skilled nursing facilities across our Texas markets
• Travel onsite to provide hands-on help where needed (training, coverage, cleanup, transitions)
• Lead business office functions including billing, collections, Medicaid apps, trust funds, and admissions financials
• Assist facilities with private pay and insurance collections to keep AR clean and moving
• Train and mentor facility-level BOMs
• Strengthen processes, systems, and workflows for long-term success
• Work closely with Administrators and the Corporate Financial Consultant
• Step in during transitions, staff shortages, or onboarding of new leaders
• Serve as an operational resource across all markets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a skilled nursing facility Business Office Manager for at least 2 years
• Deep understanding of billing, collections, Medicaid/Medicare, insurance payers, and trust accounts
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for instructions
• Flexibility to travel regularly (mileage or travel reimbursement provided)
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to represent Deluxe Healthcare well in every building
