Delivery Driver

Duties:

-Route starts at 8:30am and ends around 4pm

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

-Physically demanding - going up and down stairs, carrying packages all day
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual methods
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status or address any concerns
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning

Qualifications:

We are looking for employees who have been a delivery driver, courier, local driver, pick up and delivery driver, etc. If you have driven for FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walmart, or any other similar companies that is a plus.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

-Pass a drug test and DOT physical

-Pass background check--No felonies
- Previous experience in route driving, courier services, or delivery operations preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
