IoT Integration Specialist

We’re working with an industry leader in industrial automation and manufacturing technology that is expanding its Industrial IoT team.
This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing operations, robotics, and industrial IT, helping manufacturers connect shop-floor equipment with enterprise systems to unlock real-time insights, predictive maintenance, and improved operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing
• Integrating industrial IoT solutions into customer environments
• Connecting machine data with enterprise systems such as MES, CMMS, and ERP
• Supporting deployments and configuration of IoT platforms within manufacturing facilities
• Troubleshooting connectivity, networking, and system performance issues
• Acting as a technical advisor to customers during implementation and ongoing support
• Collaborating with engineering, product, and customer success teams
• Developing technical documentation and integration guides
• Supporting both pre-sales technical discussions and post-deployment success
What We're Looking For
• Experience with industrial IoT, automation systems, or manufacturing technology
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, or REST APIs
• Experience with scripting or integration tools like Python, JavaScript, or Node-RED
• Strong understanding of PC networking, system integration, and troubleshooting
• Customer-facing experience supporting technical solutions
Nice to Have
• Background in robotics, industrial automation, or smart factory initiatives
• Experience with cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.)
• Familiarity with manufacturing data platforms or machine connectivity tools
Additional Details
• Travel approximately 5–10 days per month
