Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic, detail oriented, and organized individual for the multi-location based position of District Manager for the Convenience Store Department. This position will be responsible for the direct oversight for assigned locations in our Chicago, IL Market. This position will work in conjunction with the Food Service team to focus on growing food service while minimizing waste.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ongoing development and proper staffing of teams, addressing employee relations with HR support, support team member engagement initiatives, merchandising product, vendor relations, and carrying out overall department objectives within the district. The pay range for this position is a base pay of $75,000 - $90,000 plus P&L bonus and a take home company vehicle. The total compensation for this position will vary depending on factors including but not limited to, assigned locations, experience, and job performance.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year District Management experience in a multi-unit retail service industry
- Reside in Illinois
- Both day travel and overnight travel to attend industry related enhancement meetings
- Schedule flexibility with the ability to work one weekend day and one night until 7:00 PM
- Passing of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to operate company vehicle

- Strong proven computer skills, including use of Microsoft Suite
- Strong proven organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
