Delta Protective Services is hiring a Security Officer for a restaurant assignment in Pittsburg. This is a walking and standing post for a professional who is reliable, observant, and ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position offers 24 hours per week with the potential to pick up more shifts. If you take pride in being visible, professional, and dependable, we want to hear from you.

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $19.25 - $20.75 per hour

• Schedule: 24 hours per week with the potential to pick up more shifts

• Shift Type: 2nd Shift, Weekends

Job Objective:

You are an experienced security officer with open availability. Shifts are nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may also be available. This is a standing and walking post where you will do foot patrols. You are always polite, professional, and courteous. You have your own smartphone and are familiar with common mobile apps. You are always highly visible, follow post orders and client instructions, and like keeping clients and the public safe.

Responsibilities:

• Keep Guard Card and BSIS training current

• Follow company policies, post orders, and client instructions

• Be highly visible and do walking patrols of the property

• Help prevent trespassing, theft, and vandalism

• Report activities using smartphone apps

• Alert law enforcement when a crime or emergency occurs

• Work all assigned hours

• Be polite, professional, and courteous

• Complete other tasks as assigned
