Job Skills / Requirements
Objective: The Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher must accurately complete various data entry and accounting tasks, create reports and meet or exceed company goals & KPI’s on time. They must always work in accordance with the company’s vision, mission and values. A detailed understanding of the Win Team software is required. Responsibilities:
Clerical Duties:
• Answer multiple phone lines and pass on accurate messages.
• Maintain multiple filing systems.
• Prepare MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint documents as needed.
• Data entry, database management and spreadsheet work.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Perform a variety of clerical work, e.g. filing, copy, and fax.
• Provide excellent customer service.
Dispatch Duties: provide excellent customer service to clients and employees. You will provide in-house support to supervisors & managers and act as the receptionist. You will also use a computer to monitor employee activity, use multi-line phone system, email and other common computer programs.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor the safety of security officers in the field.
· Quickly & accurately pass messages.
· Customer Service in person, over the phone and online.
· Quality Control via web-based applications.
In addition to the above you must complete other job-related functions as they may arise from time to time.
Skills Required:
You must speak confidently and professionally in person, over the phone & in written communication like email & reports. Strong organizational skills and time management is required. You must be a self-starter and take projects from start to finish unsupervised. You must work well with others as part of a team. Experience using common computer programs and office equipment is required. Proficiency with mobile devices and apps are required.
Requirements:
• Get a Valid California Guard Card.
• Be drug-free. • Have reliable transportation.
• Administrative office experience with computer databases and systems
Schedule:
Delta Protective Services is proud of our in-house 24/7/365 dispatch center. You’ll work as an hourly employee in an office environment. Working weekends is required and may be directed to work additional hours at the direction of a supervisor or manager.
