Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Powersports Technician located in Fairbanks, AK. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on powersports vehicles and equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and utility vehicles. The role also involves inspecting equipment for mechanical and electrical issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed service records to ensure quality control in repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of working as a technician in a Powersports store.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and utility vehicles
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in powersports equipment repair is required
- Professional certifications in our brands and mechanics or related fields are a plus
