Job Summary
We are seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to provide coverage on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to see patients for sick visits, chronic disease management, annual physicals, and referrals to specialty care.
Key Responsibilities
- See patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD, obesity, and ADHD
- Perform annual physicals and immunizations
- Refer patients to specialty care when necessary
Credentials and Requirements
- Valid VA license
- DEA certification
- Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR system
