Position Type/Hours:
Full-time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Position Profile:
This position is responsible for focusing on designing, integrating, and guiding complex digital systems—often across hardware, firmware, software, and networks. Operating at the system level, making high-impact design decisions that shape how products or platforms are built and scaled.
Essential Functions:
- System & Database Administration
- Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and applications to improve IT operations and database workflows.
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks (e.g., monitoring, deployments, data migrations).
- Support integration of databases with enterprise and manufacturing systems.
- Implement database and system security best practices.
- Manage user access controls and monitor for vulnerabilities.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for system, database, and application issues.
- Document system configurations, database schemas, and code for long-term maintainability.
- Provide hands-on mentorship to a small cross-functional team of IT and ERP professionals, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

Education and Experience:
- 8–15 years in digital systems, embedded systems, or hardware architecture
- Strong understanding of digital electronics, processors, and system integration
- Ability to think strategically and long-term, not just at the component level
- Excellent communication with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership
Competencies:
- Positive Teamwork Orientation
- Experience with content management systems and deployment
- Thorough with details and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Communication Proficiency (Verbal and Written)

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. Salary Range:
$95,000 - $180,000 per year (DOE - Depending on Experience)
