Delta Hotel by Marriott Orlando is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent for their busy hotel! Compensation is competitive based on experience. Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
- Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
- Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards.
- Full-time hours available (at least 32 hours per week). Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must speak, read, and understand English.
