Role Overview
The Junior Systems Analyst is part of Delta Galil USA’s centralized IT team, supporting multiple brands, business units, and locations. Reporting to the ERP Manager, this role provides first-level support across both applications and infrastructure, ensuring smooth daily operations for the business.
The individual in this role will support and maintain the ERP application and its 3rd-party integrations, serve as the first point of contact for helpdesk and application-related issues and assist the ERP Manager with daily operational tasks, data validation, and troubleshooting.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Responsibilities
ERP Support & Maintenance:
- Monitor ERP job queues, interface errors, and data integrity issues.
- Assist the ERP Manager in daily reconciliations between ERP and distribution centers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support users with ERP-related issues and escalate to the application or infrastructure teams as appropriate.
- Participate in testing and documenting new ERP features, enhancements, and fixes.
Helpdesk & Technical Support:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues within the PA office and remote teams.
- Handle new user setups, laptop imaging, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and peripheral equipment support.
- Collaborate with IT teams in NJ and LA to ensure consistent, high-quality support across all locations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, ideally in application support or helpdesk environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows environments, and commonly used IT tools
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and supply chain processes (training will be provided)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data sets in Excel or text-based formats
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Montoursville, PA office
