Role Description
This is an entry level position; we will provide all training. The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Petersburg, FL. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including processing and tracking equipment lease documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with contract lifecycle management. The Operations Associate collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely approvals, data input, and reporting, while helping resolve issues and building process efficiency through AI tools. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with vendors and finance partners, and contributing to process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance. The role requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to established procedures, and proactive communication to support business operations.

Salary: based on qualifications, $35k to $60k
