Our client, one of the worlds top-10 sovereign wealth fund, is expanding its Global M&A Execution Team and is seeking high-calibre talent to support a growing pipeline of private transactions
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end M&A execution for private transactions across global investment mandate
- Manage all phases of the deal lifecycle, including valuation, modelling, due diligence, negotiation, documentation and closing
- Coordinate and oversee junior team members throughout the execution process, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including investment teams, legal, strategy and portfolio management—to support transaction approvals and integration planning
- Prepare and present investment materials for senior leadership, including investment committee documentation and decision-support analyses
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&A within a leading global bulge-bracket bank or elite tier 1 boutique
- Demonstrable track record of successfully executed M&A transactions
- Strong technical capabilities, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence management and transaction structuring
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- No specific sector or regional focus required—quality of experience, judgement and execution capability is paramount
- Willingness to relocate to the GCC full-time
