This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Superintendent located in Silver Spring, MD. The Site Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site personnel, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, maintaining compliance with safety and building regulations, and managing project documentation.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, site management, and project execution
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and building codes
- Proficiency in project scheduling and resource allocation
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are a plus
