You thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially when navigating tight timelines, logistical challenges, or workforce disruptions. You’re comfortable being the point person on site - building strong relationships with clients, coordinating across teams, and making critical decisions that keep projects moving forward.
You bring experience within data center or mission critical construction, with a solid understanding of MEP coordination and the level of precision these environments demand.
About the Role
This is a senior-level Site Superintendent position responsible for overseeing full site operations on a data center construction project based in Virginia.
You will take ownership of the project lifecycle from mobilization through completion - managing site logistics, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring the schedule stays on track. You’ll play a key role in maintaining communication between field teams, leadership, and the client, while proactively identifying and resolving any risks to schedule, budget, or quality.
The role requires someone who can balance hands-on field leadership with strategic oversight, particularly in environments where efficiency, safety, and uptime are critical.
