Title: Director of Region Development – Ecosystem
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Director of Region Development - Ecosystem to join our Americas region office. The successful candidate will develop relationship with our strategic partners and to lead ecosystem initiatives in Americas region. This role is critical in building and expanding a collaborative ecosystem of technology providers, channel partners, systems integrators, startups, key customers, and industry alliances that enable scalable growth, differentiated solutions, and go-to-market velocity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development with a deep understanding of how to build value through collaboration.
This position is structured as a key leadership hire. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both operational excellence and visionary leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the regional ecosystem strategy aligned with business goals and initiatives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners including technology providers, system integrators, VCs/startups, kay customers, and vertical solution providers etc.
- Establish co-selling, co-development, or co-marketing initiatives that accelerate joint value creation.
- Collaborate with product, solution, and engineering teams to incubate and scale integrated solutions with partners.
- Foster innovation by engaging with external ecosystems (startups, accelerators, universities) and aligning with internal product development priorities.
- Support regional solution incubators or proof-of-concept pilots with ecosystem partners.
- Manage the partner lifecycle of onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and renewal or expansion.
- Develop tools and processes to scale ecosystem programs (e.g., partner tiers, joint value frameworks, performance scorecards).
- Monitor ecosystem health and ensure alignment with commercial, technical, and operational goals in the region.
- Drive ecosystem KPIs (pipeline generation, co-sell revenue, partner-driven deals, ecosystem activation) and report performance to executive leadership and adjust strategy based on partner and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or master’s preferred
- 15 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, business development, or ecosystem leadership
- Proven Experience in technology-driven or solution-led industries (e.g., energy, robotic automation, mission-critical facilities etc.)
- Strong track record of building and scaling partnership programs and delivering measurable business impact
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Background working with global partners, startups, venture capital, or innovation programs
- Strong leadership presence, with experience influencing executives internally and externally.
