Senior Account Manager – AI Solutions
Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to lead strategic enterprise and hyperscale accounts within our AI Solutions organization. This role owns the full customer lifecycle, driving technical alignment, program execution, and commercial growth across large-scale AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic interface and account owner for enterprise and hyperscale AI customers.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution engagement from opportunity discovery and PoC through full production deployment.
- Drive cross-functional execution across AI engineering, platform, data science, MLOps, infrastructure, operations, and service teams.
- Own program execution, schedules, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
- Translate customer business objectives and technical requirements into structured delivery plans.
- Lead customer governance, including design reviews, production readiness milestones, and QBRs.
- Drive account growth strategy, identifying expansion opportunities, new use cases, and multi-year roadmap alignment.
- Manage technical, delivery, and commercial escalations.
- Capture customer insights and market intelligence to inform product and platform strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, Program Management, or AI/Enterprise Technology roles.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase enterprise or hyperscale programs.
- Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and escalation management.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience supporting hyperscalers, large enterprise AI, cloud, or data center customers
- Understanding of data center infrastructure, power, cooling, servers, and high-performance computing
- Experience with AI platforms, model deployment, or MLOps workflows
