We are seeking an Intern to assist the Regulatory Affairs Department with regulatory filings, document management, data entry and other administrative tasks, which may include but are not limited to: Assisting with research, preparation, and submission of various regulatory filings. Assisting in document scanning and compiling exhibits for various filings. Providing document management and administrative support for DDMI and its affiliates. Updating and maintaining historical records and spreadsheets. Creating a repository for frequently used contracts and documents. Providing support for completion of administrative tasks such as completing requests for vouchers, affiliate time tracking logs, and other tasks. Other administrative tasks as directed. Interns may also be asked to assist with various other tasks, including but not limited to, conducting research and reviewing contracts or other documents. #LI-Hybrid Minimum Requirements: Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. Must be proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must be detail oriented.
