Typical Assignments May pick up mail from the local post office using a company vehicle May collect, sort, or deliver mail or other documents and materials internally or externally Determines proper class of mail and applies postage using a postage meter Prepares packages for courier distribution Maintains address database Maintains related departmental records and files Operates equipment which may include a personal computer, telephone, copier, scanner, shredder, folder, postage meter, electric and manual skid mover, etc. Assists with hand stuffing / collating projects and other department projects as assigned #LI-Onsite Minimum Requirements: Bidding Requirements Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must possess and maintain a valid (State of Michigan) driver's license Ability to work an assigned eight hour schedule between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Successful completion of a physical and job-related functional screening assessment Ability to repetitively lift 40 lbs., infrequently lift 70 lbs., and push/pull 67.5 lbs.
