Our summer intern program includes positions across our company where you’ll gain business and corporate experience with a focus on your area of interest. At Delta Dental of New Jersey, we rely on our interns to bring their insight and curiosity to broaden our perspective. We’re pleased to share that our Summer 2024 Intern program will begin on Monday, June 3rd and run through Friday, August 2nd. Our program is full time, Monday through Friday from 8 until 4:30, and we’ve got a great Wednesday 1 hybrid model allowing for collaboration and the flexibility of remote work too. We’re not looking for latte fetchers – these are meaty, dig deep to learn and solve real business problems alongside our talented, engaged professionals who want to share their knowledge, experience and networks.
In addition to focusing on your area of interest, our interns meet weekly to learn more about our business and our leaders. You’ll interface with our officers, have lunch with our CEO, and even volunteer at one of our foundation grantees facilities.
