Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage the quoting and selling of individual dental and vision insurance through inbound calls. Provide follow up through outbound calls.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, demonstrating a high level of performance.
• Report on key performance indicators, providing detailed analysis and insights
• Provide support to small business sales and service team.
• Foster an external image that is consistent with corporate values and objectives.
• Dependability in attendance and punctuality required.
• Job requires confidentiality with regards to consumer information acquired in carrying out the sales functions for the role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1 year related sales experience required, preferably in an inside sales center environment.
• Proven consultative sales skills and ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Expert knowledge of dental and vision insurance products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Iowa Health license required or must be attained within 30 days of hire.

Preferred

• 2 years related sales experience in an inside sales center environment
