What You'll Do
- Lead Strategic Initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and business initiatives simultaneously from planning through execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Drive project execution while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and objectives
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively solve problems to keep initiatives moving forward
- Facilitate meetings, establish accountability, and ensure project teams remain focused on deliverables and outcomes
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure successful execution

- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability

Measure Results
- Establish project KPIs and success metrics
- Utilize dashboards, reporting tools, and data analysis to track progress and outcomes
- Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and results to leadership
- Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of project management, consulting, implementation, business transformation, or operational improvement experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
