Personal Banker

We have partnered with a successful, mid-sized bank in Addison who has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Personal Banker to join their team.

In this role you will....

• .Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact for personal banking needs
• .Provide personalized financial guidance across deposit products, loans, and account services to support customers’ financial goals
• .Educate customers on available banking solutions and assist with account maintenance, service requests, and issue resolution
• .Exercise sound judgment and ethical decision making in all customer interactions, consistently acting in the best interest of the customer and the bank
• .Actively manage risk and adhere to all security, compliance, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements
• .Participate in required training to remain current on products, services, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
• .Identify opportunities to deepen relationships through proactive service, referrals, and solution-based conversations

Qualification

• s:Minimum 5-7 years of prior banking experience within a local and/or private bank setting; cash handling experience preferr
