Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Assistant Project Manager in Dulles, VA is between $90,000 and $115,000.

Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to a single large project or multiple projects being managed by a Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• We do self-performing work, so you'll need to work with craftsman, foreman and the owner.
• Help plan out projects from start to finish with an understanding of all the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process.
• You'll utilize your LEAN principles and have a keen understanding of what the owner wants and how we can deliver it.
• You'll play a key role in managing the financials and making sure the project stays on track.
• You'll get to mentor younger people and help prepare them for the next step in their profession in keeping with our core value “People.”

Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
• 3-7 Years’ experience as a Project Engineering assisting with the management of projects - Mechanical Scope.
• Assist with overall success of the project, track project production, and build good relationships with clients.
• Assist with any Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, Change Order Pricing, and Purchase orders.
• Experience working with a General Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, MEP Firm or Electrical Contractor
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary

• LEED AP, CEM
