Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and manage mechanical project teams throughout all phases of construction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
- Maintain effective time management practices to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Excellent skills in project coordination, scheduling, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
