- Manage and direct all quality control operations for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed in accordance with contract requirements, project specifications, and company expectations.
- Provide leadership and oversight to Quality Control Inspectors by assigning daily tasks, setting priorities, and supporting their professional development.
- Drive execution of the Three-Phase Quality Control program for every Definable Feature of Work to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify constructability concerns, quality risks, and potential contract discrepancies, communicating issues to leadership when necessary.
- Develop and maintain project-specific quality management plans, inspection protocols, and installation verification procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee field inspections, ensuring deficiencies are documented, corrective actions are implemented, and work meets established standards.
- Lead the management and resolution of quality-related punch list items through final commissioning and project closeout.
- Act as the primary point of contact for quality matters between Project Management, Construction teams, Commissioning personnel, General Contractors, Owners, and third-party inspectors.
- Make routine operational decisions regarding quality performance while escalating significant contractual or high-risk concerns to project leadership.
- Participate in project coordination and safety meetings to address quality issues, review trends, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Monitor inspection results and quality metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced project performance.
- Maintain thorough and accurate quality documentation, reporting, and compliance records throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to work at a computer workstation and view digital screens for prolonged periods.
- Capable of remaining seated for extended durations while performing daily job functions.
- Ability to reach, extend, and use hands and arms in various directions as needed to complete work tasks.
- Demonstrate fine motor skills and manual dexterity required for operating a keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Effectively listen to, comprehend, and interpret verbal instructions, information, and conversations.
- Clearly communicate ideas and information verbally so they are easily understood by others.
- Read, analyze, and interpret written documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy.

- Accurately recognize, understand, and respond to spoken communication from coworkers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in electrical construction, preferably on projects comparable in size and scope to the applicable contract, along with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in the USACE/NAVFAC Three-Phase Quality Control System, with experience supporting military installations and federal/government construction projects.
- Journeyman Electrician License is preferred, as is successful completion of a recognized and certified electrical apprenticeship program.
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a standard background investigation in accordance with project requirements.
