- Expanding Medical Oncology/Hematology service line
Position Overview- Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology
- Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (OP visits)
- Infusion Volume: 18-24 patients/day
2nd clinic location- Clinic Volume: 12-20 patients/day
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Protected administrative time included
- Inpatient/Outpatient mix with APP support for call coverage
- Call: 1:3 to 1:5 rotation with weekend rounding
Requirements- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable)
- Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure
Compensation & Incentives- $510K Production
- Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary
- Sign-On / Relocation: $5,000-$20,000 combined (negotiable)
- Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available)
