Support benefits activity, including staff benefits enrollment and education.
Support the HR Representatives with Workers' Compensation claims reporting and filing.
Other related duties as may be assigned.
Position Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Communication, Human Resource Management, and Business.
One year in an HR environment.
Experience in lieu of education requirement possible.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees and leadership.
Salary : $48,000 - $53,000
