What are the responsibilities and job description for the FIC Sales Support Analyst position at Delta Capita?
We are looking for an FIC Sales Support Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. You will be part of our US (NYC) CLM Business that supports a number of clients in the region with a broad range of KYC/AML and anti-financial crime service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Sales/Trading queries from the team mailbox.
Ensure US Sales and Trading client files are completed to latest KYC policy requirements ahead of regulatory deadlines.
Set the prioritization of key client files to ensure that FIC files are completed in order of value to the FIC Business.
Track the progress of files and pipeline management to ensure FIC KYC files are progressing through the pipeline in a timely manner.
Work with Business partners to identify, escalate and resolve any issues pertaining to hinder the progress of FIC KYC files, i.e. policy, prioritization, process, technology and file allocation issues.
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders on KYC file progress.
Daily Management Information reporting to Senior Management.
Provide support to the business throughout the client lifecycle (outstanding ACO tasks including outstanding KYC Business Approvals, outstanding Account Activity Reviews, Monitoring QC rejections and files into Quarantine/Offboarding).
Act as Business Rep for Front Office engagement with Bank Strategic initiatives.
Actively help to unblock Front Office queries.
Build good working relationships with Business Managers, KYC Operations, External vendor partners, AFC and other internal functions.
Relevant bachelor's degree within a Finance or Banking-related field.
Internship or some work-related experience
Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
