HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)
- The Propel Co-Op is responsible for pulling data, developing reports and analyzing information to guide Propel decision making.
- Assist in crafting written communications for Propel Career Pathway participants and candidates, including participant newsletters, Delta internal news articles and copy for SharePoint sites.
- Create and post social media content (both Delta internal and external social channels) to align with Propel’s goals and maintain Propel’s social media content calendar.
- Design creative graphic design content for various media channels.
- Assist with creating and posting content for The Propel podcast.
- Support Propel data analysis of social media metrics to measure against goals.
- Assist with Propel events, activations and team projects as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
- This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
- Rotations: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, Fall 2027.
- This role is located in Atlanta and reports to the Senior Manager – Propel Strategy.
- Must be pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, social marketing, or a related field.
- Must have a strong writer with business acumen and curiosity.
- Must be a creative thinker with the ability to design and edit multi-media projects.
- Must possess good listening and questioning skills to adequately understand and develop solutions.
- Must be proactive, organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have an intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Canva, Instagram and YouTube.
- Must be a team player with exceptional integrity and reliability.
- Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
