What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at DelShah Capital, LLC?
We're hiring: Executive Personal Assistant (NYC, in-office)
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and discreet EA to support our CEO out of our NYC office. This is a high-trust role for someone who thrives on keeping a busy executive's life running smoothly — inbox, calendar, travel, errands, and everything in between.
What you'll do:
- Manage the CEO's inbox — triage daily, draft replies in their voice, flag what matters
- Own the calendar — schedule meetings, send and manage invites, protect focus time
- Handle travel end-to-end — flights, hotels, detailed itineraries, plus visas, passports, and all travel documentation
- Run personal and company errands (gifts, deliveries, appointments, household coordination, office supplies)
- Prepare documents, expense reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
What we're looking for:
- 2 years as an EA, PA, or similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for everyday tasks
- Excellent writing — you can match someone else's tone and ghostwrite credibly
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
Preferred skills:
- Experience using AI tools to draft emails, summarize information, and automate routine workflows
- Comfortable writing effective AI prompts and iterating to get quality output
- Curiosity about emerging AI tools and willingness to test new ones as they roll out
- Experience supporting project managers or senior executives, or working in the real estate industry
The details:
- New York City — 5 days in office, Mon–Fri
- Generally 10 AM – 6 PM (occasional later hours as needed)
- Full-time
- $65,000 – $80,000 medical, dental, vision
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
