Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team dedicated to maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces.
We are a condominium association in need of a full time on-site maintenance person to perform everyday functions inclusive of the following:
- General handyman work
- Minor painting and touch up
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Changing of light bulbs, utilizing blower to clean off pool deck and clubhouse area.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good communication with Board members and homeowners.
- Working closely with management company in completing work orders.
- Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
- Meet with vendors on property.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
